Sugar-free chocolate cake

In a saucepan heat & combine:

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
2 TBSP honey
1 tspn vanilla

Let cool. Meanwhile in a food processor, cream together:

3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup honey

add & mix in:
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Then add 2 cups wholemeal Self-raising flour.
Add mixture form saucepan and pour into greased muffins tray or cake tin.
Cook in moderate oven 12-15 mins (muffins) or 35-40 mins (cake).

Top with fresh cream and strawberries for decoration.

Yes, it does have a fair amount of butter in it but is great for a treat or Birthday cake.
