A great hands-on Phonics find!

Well, after trying a sample of a new program for phonics on Miss 6, she decided after a few minutes, it was BORING.  Aggghhhh…I hate that word – it means things aren’t going well.  SO… back to the drawing board.  I had to find FUN stuff that at the same time taught her some phonics, word families, which she enjoys and keep up with her reading skills.  She resists reading if its all too hard (which means I can’t be bothered Mum….its boring.

They HANDS-ON, bright & colourful - just what I think she needs, so it not BORING!

So, 3 of them are on order with Amazon (can’t seem to get them in Aus. – well not many of them anyway).  They could take up to 6 weeks to get here though but I didn’t want to pay the extra $20 postage for express.  Fingers crossed it’ll be sooner. I’ll let you know how it all goes?
